About Karen

I believe counselling should feel like a genuine conversation, one where you feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.

My approach is warm, compassionate and practical. I provide a safe space to explore what is happening in your life, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

As a qualified counsellor, I draw on evidence-based approaches while recognising that every person brings their own experiences, strengths and goals. Our work together will be tailored to you, at a pace that feels right, with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.

Counselling is available face-to-face in Hope Island on the Gold Coast and online across Australia.
